Critical Factors is a process designed specifically for companies that are already dealing with major growth problems. It’s a way to help them systematically put in place the infrastructure they need.


how it works:

There are three major elements to the Critical Factors process.

  1. First, we pick 3-5 CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. These are designed to address some of the biggest and worst issues. As they’re completed they give you back time, resources, profit, and breathing room.

  2. Working on those projects creates the perfect opportunity to TEACH KEY MANAGEMENT SKILLS. The team learns how to confront, celebrate, plan, collaborate, and make decisions effectively.

  3. We also use the projects as a place to RESET WORK CULTURE within your organization, eliminating bad habits and consciously designing good ones to support high performance, loyalty, and positive engagement.

WHEN WE ARE DONE…
