Schedule a Genesis Meeting

GENESIS MEETINGS are beginning strategy sessions offered by MAVERICK & COMPANY.  During a Genesis Meeting, our goal is to provide you with clear, actionable items, strategies and ideas you can put to work right away.  IF, at the end, you’d like to work with us further, we’ll be happy to put together a package that makes sense for your business goals AND your budget.  We have three types of these strategy sessions to choose from.

Genesis Meeting

This meeting focuses on YOU as an individual.  Specifically, we are looking for ways to help you deal more effectively with yourself.  If you are overwhelmed, too hard on yourself, too much of a perfectionist, can’t seem to get focused, can’t seem to get organized, can’t seem to get to work, this session will help you develop strategies to win the battle with yourself.

Genesis Strategy Session

For people who want to focus on the big picture of their business, this session is a way to clarify and forward priority objectives and begin to deal with organizational challenges.  A typical session produces three priorities, based on your goals and obstacles.  You may use this session to clarify what isn’t working, create a plan to deal with ongoing personnel issues, low sales #’s, poor retention, management training, or detailing how to advance your own leadership skills.

Genesis Marketing Meeting

Ideal for entrepreneurs and service providers, the Marketing session focuses on helping you identify strategies to improve the effectiveness of your marketing.  While this session sometimes includes working on 60 second commercials or sales talks, more often we are first working to create a detailed profile of your best client market and how to most effectively communicate with them.  Additionally, we specialize in helping people build referral programs that become their primary, if not exclusive, source of new customers.

Additional Information

  • A typical GENESIS MEETING takes 90 minutes and can be done at the location of your choice.  In-person meetings are ideal unless geography makes that an unreasonable option. 
  • All information covered is kept strictly confidential and the notes we take and forms we use will be turned over to you at the end of the meeting.  (*If we decide to work together, we keep the forms for our files and send you an electronic copy.)
