The best of many worlds, this training is available on an hourly basis with packages available for more training at discounted rates.

Professional Service Firms face many challenges in business development. Expert providers may be inexperienced sales people. Skill levels and approaches may vary greatly from person to person. It can be difficult to know that marketing budgets are being wisely spent, hard to track concrete results from "soft" activities like lunches and networking, and difficult to create organizational habits and strategies that account for differences in specialty, skill and personality. Our In-House training options include access and permission to internally reproduce all training materials as well as the opportunity to have tested strategies customized to meet the goals, needs and culture of the existing organization. Services may be purchased at hourly rates, in packages or via ongoing training. Untrained providers often miss good opportunities because they don't know how to recognize them or how to capitalize on them when they do find them. Ultimately, our method is designed to create trained providers who naturally and normally include business development in their daily and weekly priorities and activities.
Assessment & Strategy Report - $2,500 - $10,000
Also known as “The Good, The Bad, The Ugly & What to Do About It”
A detailed report outlining the strengths and weaknesses of an organization’s culture, systems and people as they relate to achieving the organization’s goals. Included are Maverick recommendations about critical challenges and best opportunities and how to best proceed. When you’re getting ready to make decisions about the future or choosing how to deal with a current challenge, it is critical to have a CLEAR understanding of the situation. Unfortunately, it can sometimes be very difficult for people inside an organization to get a clear view of what is happening around them. The Assessment & Strategy Report is designed to provide a clear inside-out view of what is happening. This critical information, combined with Maverick recommended strategies, makes it possible for management teams to maximize their efforts. The Assessment & Strategy Report can be used to clarify whether or not past efforts have achieved their desired outcome, to identify core strengths and spot future challenges while they are still small.
For each project, we develop a process specific to the project goals. Typically, this involves on-site Assessment Interviews with management as well as key team members. Findings are analyzed and the final report edited to meet project goals. Typically the final report will include detailed overview, outlines of the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, a simple list of priority objectives based on the findings, and highlighted overviews of any particular individuals that play a critical role on the organization’s goals.
Strategic Management Initiatives - $5,000 - $30,000
These initiatives are used to produce short term results and complete critical training objectives with management teams to provide for long term value as well.
Strategic Management Initiatives (SMI’s) aim at effecting major change in an organization through core management. Because SMI’s focus on both producing a result AS WELL AS training a management team, companies see both short term results and long term value. Critical management growth issues can be effectively addressed, training and development completed and significant cultural and behavioral changes can be addressed efficiently through a Strategic Management Initiative.
A Strategic Management Initiative may utilize just one, or a number of different methodologies including executive coaching, facilitation, assessment interviews, customized training as well as management strategy and training sessions.
Executive Coaching - $150 to $250 per hour
Executive coaching can be used to address a wealth of important objectives. For some, it represents the quickest and most efficient way to develop new skills. For others, the primary function may be one of accountability and support to hit their goals. In some cases, coaching provides a critical outlet for debriefing and dealing with job stress. Last, an executive coach offers an outside perspective and can help an executive address their blind spots and weaknesses. Our Executive Coaching programs begin with the Genesis Meeting to create a program for your individual goals.
Onsite Customized Training - $1,500 to $5,000 per day
These are targeted sessions, generally completed in one day or less, held at the location of your choice by our expert facilitators.
Company Upgrade - $25,000 to $100,000
At times it may be appropriate or desirable to involve an entire organization in making major changes. This type of work may include structural as well as cultural changes at many different levels. Efforts need to be coordinated and timed, both requiring an expert hand in guiding major change.
