8. How do the Risk-Free Registration & the Tuition Payment Options work?

We want to make it simple to get started. Whether you choose the public or private workshop option, register your entire team for just $495 per person, risk free. A few things you should know:

• Your registration fees are your ticket into your team’s Launch Sessions. They are non-refundable.

• At the end of your Launch Sessions you and your team will have received basic training in how to identify, prioritize, and fix infrastructure problems. We will help your team identify high value projects and you’ll leave with basic plans already completed. If, at that point, you choose not to complete your Red Ball Workshop, you will owe us nothing more and any additional payments (above and beyond your registration fees) will be refunded in full.

• Payment Option #1: Tuition is broken into 4 quarterly payments. The first is due at the end of your Launch Sessions.

• Payment Option #2: Pay your tuition in full, at the beginning of your program and receive a 10% discount.

• You’ll receive a Welcome Letter with additional information within a day or two of registering. If chose the Private Workshop option, your letter will include instructions for receiving a custom proposal and options.

• We are committed to providing extraordinary value for every team. If, for any reason, we believe we cannot provide great value to your team, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and provide a full-refund of all registration fees.
